Shipping policy
CUP O FLORA ships to almost all postcodes in Australia and beyond.
We ship soil and live plants to Queensland, NSW, ACT, SA, and Victoria. Unfortunately, shipping to WA, NT, and Tasmania is prohibited due to quarantine restrictions. We also don't ship soil or live plants overseas.
Order Confirmation:
You will receive an order confirmation email once you place an order, indicating that our system received the order and charged your credit card for the purchase.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email.
Shipping Time frames:
The shipping time frame includes the processing time + delivery time.
Estimated delivery time frames:
- NSW takes approximately 2 - 5 working days;
- Vic, SA, ACT, and Qld (metro) take 2 - 6 working days;
- Qld (regional), NT, WA, and Tas take 7 - 14 working days.
Deliveries outside Australia take about 10 - 20 working days.
Orders are shipped from our distribution centre in Chiswick, NSW.
Please note: Delivery time only starts after the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1-2 working days after receipt of cleared payment).
Orders typically arrive within the shipping timeframes after being passed on to our couriers. However, high shipping volume and delays due to external factors such as weather and COVID restrictions may impact shipping times.
Damage:
Please inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive; if you notice any damage, you should make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos and videos (if applicable) to info@cupoflora.com so we can decide how to compensate you.
Cancellations & Refunds:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@cupoflora.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping providers:
CUP O FLORA works with several reputable couriers to provide the most efficient delivery service possible at the most reasonable prices and with the quickest service.
Items will be dispatched from our internet-based freight system. Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label. You will be able to view the location of your item at various points in the delivery process via our online tracking tool.
When your order is dispatched, you will be given a consignment number.
SHIPPING NOTES
Undeliverable Packages:
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.
Inaccurate address:
If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned to us, then a customer care team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt:
All deliveries are sent as Authority to Leave (ATL). If you require a signature, please let us know in advance.
Rejected by Receiver:
If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if the parcel has to be resent.
FREE pickup is available. Please choose 'Free pickup' at checkout. We have more details here.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times.
The expected time of delivery given by each courier is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons. If you do not receive your item within ten business days, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
