CUP O FLORA Warranty Policy

We've designed our products for long term (lifetime) reliability. If you ever feel your CUP O FLORA product is not functioning properly, we’ll do our utmost to make it right.

When you choose CUP O FLORA you are choosing a lifetime of happy thriving plants. We are happy you've chosen our quality pots and are willing to back them up with this lifetime warranty.


These are summarised terms. You can find the full copy in our Terms of Service. 

CUP O FLORA warrants that the purchased product is free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product. Your Lifetime Limited Warranty will include repair or replacement in the event of failure of a primary functional system.

This warranty does not cover broken, lost, stolen or disposed Pots; scratches, dents, chips and/or scrapes in the finish; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect; improper use, care or storage of the product; unauthorised modifications or repairs.


This limited warranty extends to all Pots manufactured by CUP O FLORA and purchased directly from CUP O FLORA or our authorised retailers. This warranty does not cover Pots that are purchased from an unauthorised seller such as, but not limited to, Facebook Marketplace and eBay. This warranty does not cover your Pot if you use them in a manner incompatible with their intended design. This warranty does not cover any of our other services.


This limited warranty extends to the original purchaser of any Pot or, in the case of a gift, the original recipient of the Pot. The “original purchaser,” for the purposes of this warranty, is the first purchaser of the Pot from CUP O FLORA or any of our authorised retailers. The “original recipient” for the purposes of this warranty, is the first receiver of a Pot purchased as a gift from CUP O FLORA or any of our authorised retailers. All CUP O FLORA warranties are valid only for the period of time the Pot is owned by the original purchaser or original recipient. A CUP O FLORA ORDER NUMBER, OR A COPY OF THE RECEIPT IS REQUIRED TO DETERMINE WARRANTY APPLICABILITY.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, CUP O FLORA’s limited warranty is not transferable and not applicable to use of the Pot for commercial purposes.

In the event of a Defect, CUP O FLORA’s sole and exclusive liability and your sole remedy under this limited warranty will be, at CUP O FLORA’s option, to provide a repaired or replacement Pot, or refund of your purchase, subject to your fulfillment of “Your Responsibilities” below. The replacement Pot may be provided in any finish different from the Pot you originally purchased, though a commercially reasonable effort will be made to match the original finish. For limited edition, discontinued or out-of-stock Pots covered under the limited warranty, CUP O FLORA guarantees only replacement of a product with equal or greater retail value and does not guarantee exact replacement of the same limited edition, discontinued or out-of-stock item.


In the event of a Defect and in order to get the benefit of this limited warranty, you must return your Pot to CUP O FLORA and provide us with proof of the original receipt of purchase. If your warranty service request is within 3 (three) years of the original purchase date of your Pot, you will not be responsible for shipping costs required to return your Pot. If the date of original purchase is more than 3 (three) years from your warranty service request, you will be responsible for paying all applicable return shipping fees. International (non-Australian) customers are responsible to pay any import or customs charges or taxes levied by your country when importing a replaced or repaired pot after service.


How To Make a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please email the following information to

☑ Your original CUP O FLORA order number (if you purchased from an authorised stocking partner instead, please attach your receipt or proof of purchase).
☑ A picture of the pot, and any additional images showing the issue.
☑ A description of the issue.
☑ Your current shipping address.

Our Customer Experience team will review your note and respond within three business days with any follow up questions, or to confirm acceptance with next steps for your warranty claim.
