    Missing parts

    Inner cup is great but on the box it stated what the box contained for example the ribbon that goes from the inner cup into the water, this was missing so I'm going to have to buy some ribbon as I'm missing this part as I threw it out when the inner cup broke. Apart from this it's perfect

    Hi Melissa,

    Thank you for your candid review. Each replacement cup comes with a wick, but we clearly forgot to add it to your shipment. I will confirm your mailing address in a private email and arrange to send your free wick as a matter of urgency.
